Richard Bailey Richard Bailey, OL
West Texas A&M 6’3” 335lb
Bailey was a two-year starter at Princeton High School under Pat Mancuso before going to Ranger Junior College in Texas. He then went to West Texas A&M where he became a starting center in 2000 and 2001 under coach Stan McGarvey. In 2009, his second year with the Kentucky-Ohio Xtreme, he was a First Team All-USFA League lineman, an Honorable Mention National Football Events All-American and the team’s co-Offensive MVP.
Melvin Bryant Melvin Bryant, WR
Central State 5’8” 176lb
Bryant helped River Rouge High School (MI) qualify for the state meet in the 4x100 relay before playing football at Kentucky State. As a senior in 2008, Bryant caught a touchdown pass against Kentucky State.
Larry Byndon Larry Byndon, LB
Western Hills HS 5’11” 220lb
“LB” played high school football at Western Hills where he was names First Team All-City in 1993, earning a scholarship to Michigan State. He has played semi-pro football with the Kentucky Stallions (1999-2002), Cincinnati Ravens (2003), Kentucky-Ohio Xtreme (2008) and Kings Comets (2004-2009), earning First team All-OVFL honors in 1999-2001, being named Honorable Mention All-OVFL in 2002, and Third Team All-City by CincySemiPro.com, Honorable Mention All-MCFL, and Honorable Mention All-American by SemiProBCS.com in 2009. He played professionally with the Cincinnati Marshals (NIFL) in 2006 and 2007 and is a member of the Cincinnati Semi-Pro Football Hall of Fame. He has also served as Offensive Coordinator for the Silverbacks this season.
 
Antonio Carver Antonio Carver, DB
Central State 5’11” 188lb
Carver attended East Tech in Cleveland for high school, where he was an all-city cornerback and receiver as a senior. In his one season at Central State, Carver led the Marauders in interceptions and placed second in tackles. He has an Honorable Mention SemiProBCS.com All-American defensive back with the Ohio Valley Warriors in 2009.
Isaiah Cheatham Isaiah Cheatham, WR
Grand Rapids Community College 5’9” 175lb
“Zeke” was a First Team All-Southwest District return specialist in 2006 at Shroder, following that up by being named an All-Ohio Division V receiver as a senior. He played for the Mount Carmel Fire (USFA) in 2009, averaging over 40 yards per kick return before going to Grand Rapids Community College that fall. Cheatham served as a nickel back for the Raiders, recording 13 tackles and intercepting a pass against Ellsworth Community College Sept. 26. The week before, Cheatham brought a kick back 90 yards for a touchdown against Iowa Western Community College. Cheatham helped Grand Rapids Community College make the Zions Bank Top of the Mountain Bowl in Sandy, UT.

Played football at Trinity Valley Community College where he was 2nd team JUCO All-American. Transferred to Texas A&M - Commerce where he earned 2nd team All-American in 2002 and 2003, Lone Star Conference South Division DL of the Year and 1st team Don Hansen All-American (2003). Played for Cincinnati Bengals 2004-2005, Frankfort Galaxy (NFLEurope) 2005, Orlando Predators (AFL) 2006, Las Vegas Gladiators (AFL) 2007. 2nd team All-League (USFA) and 3rd team All-American (National Football Events) for Mt. Carmel Fire (semi-pro) in 2009.
Jason Cunningham Jason Cunningham, WR/DB/K
Cedarville University 6’1” 215lb
Cunningham was an All-Ohio Division VI defensive back at Cedarville High School as a senior, the only year he played football in high school. He was also an all-conference and all-district performer in basketball and qualified for the start track meet in the long jump and 4x800 relay. He played soccer for four seasons at Cedarville University, helping the Yellow Jackets finish second in the National Christian College Athletic Association tournament as a sophomore in 2006. He was named First Team All-NCCAA that year and was named an NCCAA and NAIA Scholar-Athlete for the 2008 season. He finished with five goals and eight assists for the Yellow Jackets.
Antonio Davis Antonio Davis, QB (IR)
Central State 6’3” 210lb
Davis led Central State (OH) to the 1995 NAIA National Championship, being named most outstanding player in the Marauders’ 37-7 championship game win against Northeastern Oklahoma . Davis had six touchdown passes in Central State ’s 49-21 semifinal win against Western Montana . Davis played professionally for the Dayton Bulldogs in 2006 and Cincinnati Marshals in 2007 before becoming head coach at his alma mater, Withrow High School , for the 2008 season. He is currently on injured reserve with a knee injury.
Chris Davis Chris Davis, OL
Central State 6’3” 270lb
Davis started for the 2006 Shroder Paideia football team that was the first to make the playoffs in school history. He earned all-league, all-city, and all-state recognition as a lineman for this play that season. He spent one season as a redshirt at Central State before playing semi-pro football for the Kentucky-Ohio Xtreme and Mt. Carmel Fire.

University of the Cumberlands 6’0” 270lb
Josh was an all-state lineman at Shroder Paideia High School before going on to play for at the University of the Cumberlands. Ellison was named the Patriots freshman of the year and started his final two seasons, earning conference Honorable Mention.

Kentucky State 5’9” 165lb
Enoch was an all-conference wide receiver and defensive back at Hughes before playing football at Kentucky State. After two seasons, Enoch transferred to Central State where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.

Aric Evans Aric Evans, WR
Virginia-Wise 6’3” 185lb
Evans went from Taft High School to Virginia Wise College, where he set the school's single-season record with 832 receiving yards on 41 catches as a freshman in 2006. Evans also had 11 touchdowns that season, earning All-Anerican mentions from Don Hansen's Football Gazette and the Victory Sports Network, a selection to the Virginia All-State College Division 2nd Team, and the Mid-South East Conference's 1st Team. Evans followed with 35 catches for 776 yards and 11 touchdowns as a sophomore and 36 catches for 765 yards and 12 touchdowns as a junior, finishing his college career with 140 catches for 2,916 yards and 35 scores.
Rob Feliciano Rob Feliciano, OL
Winton Woods HS 6’3” 320lb
Feliciano started at Winton Woods his junior and senior years. After a five-year layoff, he returned to football in 2009 to play with the Kings Comets, being named an Honorable Mention All-MCFL guard.
 Adell Givens Adell Givens, RB
Ball State 5’11” 190lb
Givens was the Mid American Conference Freshman of the Year and named First Team MAC tailback in 2004 at Ball State. Givens finished that season with five straight 100-yard games, topped by a 152-yard performance against Eastern Michigan. Givens also rushed for 92 yards on 20 carries against Missouri earlier in the year. Givens finished the season with 202 carries for 963 yards and six touchdowns, also catching 13 passes for 137 yards and a score in his only season with the Cardinals. The effort also earned him the 2004 John Hodge Award at Ball State for Most Outstanding Freshman and a spot on The Sporting News 2004 Freshman All-American squad. In 2002-2003, he was All-District at Hamilton High School and the #49 prospect in the state of Ohio (OhioVarsity.Rivals.com).

Austin Goss Austin Goss, DB
Toledo 6’1” 200lb
Played at Hughes High School where he was honorable mention All-City by Cincinnati Enquirer. Was redshirt freshman at Toledo before playing with the Kings Comets (semi-pro), 2007-2009, where he was Honorable Mention all-league (MCFL) and All-American (SemiProBCS & National Football Events) in 2009.

Ray Huff Raymond Huff, DL
Kentucky State 6’2” 250lb
Huff recorded at least 40 tackles in both 2005 and 2006 at Kentucky State, topped by a career-best 46 in 2006 when he also was credited with two pass breakups, two quarterback hurries, and a forced fumble. In 2007 Huff had 28 tackles, 4 for a loss, with 2.5 sacks, 3 pass breakups, and two quarterback hurries. He was also named All-Conference in the shot put in 2007.
TiRon Jones TiRon Jones, DB
Mount Saint Joseph 5’11” 200lb
“Shotime” set the Kings Comets career interception mark in his first year with the team with seven in 2008, including a team-record 102-yard interception return in the Comets season-opening win against the Jackson County Black Bears. Jones also led the Comets in tackles (56), pass breakups (13), and fumble recoveries (4) that season. Jones again had seven interceptions in 2009, setting a Mid-Continental Football League record with a 99-yard interception return for a touchdown against the Southern Michigan Timberwolves. Jones also had a pair of interceptions in the MCFL Championship Game. He finished 2009 with 39 tackles and 17 pass breakups. He was named a First Team All-American by the National Football Events in both 2008 and 2009, and a Second Team All-American by SemiProBCS.com in 2009.
Bill Lewis Bill Lewis, OL/DL
Northwest Mississippi Comm. Coll. 6’7” 300lb
Lewis was named one of the 24 best players in Northern Kentucky as a senior at Newport High School, also earning all-state honors as both an offensive and defensive lineman. He spent one season at Northwest Mississippi Community College, and has since played professionally for the Cincinnati Marshals (NIFL) in 2005 and 2006.
Brandon Martin Brandon Martin, DB
Finneytown HS 5’7” 167lb
“Pacman” was a running back at Finneytown, but has played defensive back since. He has 49 tackles in four seasons with the Kings Comets. He split 2009 between the Comets and the Kentucky-Ohio Xtreme, recording 16 tackles for the Comets and 19 tackles and two interceptions for the Xtreme.
Kyenes Mincy Kyenes Mincy, QB/WR
Marshall University 6’02” 198lb
Mincy led the Jacobs football team to its first ever post-season appearance in 2003, being named a Cincinnati Enquirer DII-DVI All-Star and Southwest Ohio All-District DV Special Mention player. In the 2004 Southwest Ohio Football Coaches Association All-Star Game, Mincy completed 10 of 16 passes for 182 yards and two touchdowns. He played semi-pro football for the Mt. Carmel Fire (USFA) in 2009.

Eric Morton Eric Morton, WR
Marian (IN) 5'8" 170lbs
Morton was an All-GCL cornerback at Purcell Marian as a junior before becoming a First Team All-GCL South running back his senior season at La Salle high School, rushing 65 times for 415 yards and nine touchdowns in nine games. Morton also returned nine kicks for 241 yards and a score in being an All-City Honorable Mention by the Cincinnati Enquirer. After playing at Marian College in Indiana, Morton became a United States Flag & Touch League All-American on the 513 Franchise team that won the B-Flag National Championship in 2008 and was ranked No. 1 in the country during the 2009 season.
Derrick Moss Derrick Moss, RB
Central State 5’11” 205lb
Moss was named Great Lakes Football Conference Offensive Player of the Year in 2007, finishing with 1,296 yards and 17 touchdowns on the ground. Moss was selected to play in the All-American Bowl in Minnesota after the season, earning the game’s MVP award. Moss was Ohio’s third leading rusher at Dayton Dunbar in 2002, rushing 246 times for 2,144 yards and 28 touchdowns. That campaign included a 20-carry, 264-yard, 5-touchdown game against Western Hills, and a 19-carry, 257-yard, 4-touchdown game against Withrow.

Rustin Pickett Rustin Pickett, DB
Bluffton 5'8" 183lb
Pickett went from Urbana High School to Bluffton University where he played baseball for two seasons. As a junior, Pickett switched to football, where he started 15 of 20 games in two seasons, and track & field. As a junior in 2005, Pickett led the team with 13 punt returns, also returning eight kicks for 146 yards. Pickett served as the Sports Information Director at Fresno Pacific University for two years and started this season in camp with the Marion Mayhem. He a son who will turn two in late April, Tai Jeremy Devano Pickett.
Luke Scarborough Luke Scarborough, DL
Thomas More 6'4" 290lb
Luke was all-city at Winton Woods, earning a spot as a defensive lineman in the East-West All-Star Game. He went to Thomas More, where he led the Saints in sacks (9), tackles for loss (11), and quaterback hurries (10), recording 59 tackles in all. He was named to the D3football.com Team of the Week for his performance against Springfield Sept. 18 with three tackles for a loss, two sacks, two quarterback hurries, and a forced fumble. He has played professionally for the Cincinnati Marshals (NIFL) in 2005, the Wyoming Calvary (NIFL) in 2006, and the Cincinnati Jungle Kats (af2) in 2007. He began this season with the Cincinnati Commandos, recording 4.5 tackles and a sack in two games.
Tommy Sewell Tommy Sewell, LB
Ball State 6'6" 215lb
Tommy played high school football at Western Hills and collegiately at Ball State, where he won the 1991 John Hodge Award as the Cardinals’ Most Outstanding Freshman. He played semi-pro football with the Northern Kentucky Raiders (1992-1996), Cincinnati Jets (2000), Cincinnati Ravens (2001-2003), Kings Comets (2004-2005, 2007-2009) and Kentucky-Ohio Flames (2006), earning First Team All-City by CincySemiPro.com, First team All-MCFL, Second Team All-American by SemiProBCS.com and First Team All-American by National Football Events in 2009. He has played professionally with the Dayton Bulldogs (NIFL) in 2006 and has also served as a defensive assistant for the Silverbacks this season.
Darryl Spencer Darryl Spencer, LB/DB
Winton Woods HS 6’1” 201lb
Spencer played running back at Winton Woods in 2002, and resumed his football career with the Kings Comets in 2008. He recorded 33 tackles that season and returned 12 kicks for 254 yards, a 21.2 yard average, in being named an Honorable Mention MCFL linebacker.
Rickey Staley Rickey Staley, DB (IR)
Aiken HS 6’4” 175lb
"Chicken" played football at Aiken High school in addition to having a highly successful track career with the Falcons, participating on the 4x100, 4x200, and 4x400 relay teams that set school records. He has since played semi-pro football with the Kings Comets, Southern Ohio Patriots, Mount Carmel Fire, and Kentucky/Ohio Flames as a quarterbackm receiver, and defensive back. He holds the Comets record for longest run, a 77-yard touchdown in the team's first-ever playoff win in 2005, and set a semi-pro football record with two interception returns for a touchdown in one quarter August 16, 2009. He is currently on injured reserve with an achilles injury.
Chris Stanford Chris Stanford, DB
Ellsworth Community College 6’1” 190lb
Stanford led the Kentucky-Ohio Xtreme in interceptions two of his three years with the team, picking off four in 2007 and three in 2009. Stanford also finished fourth on the team in tackles in 2008 with 42, and has returned two of his nine career interceptions for touchdowns. He began his high school career as a quarterback at Princeton before transferring to Holy Cross.

“E” played high school football at East High School in Memphis, TN. While only playing one season at UC as a redshirt he has played three seasons with the semi-pro Kings Comets (MCFL) earning Honorable Mention All-MCFL in 2007, Third team in 2008 and First team All-MCFL as well as First team All-American honors by both SemiproBCS & National Football Events.

Played high school football at Holy Cross, in 2006 at Rock Valley College he played in 5 games where he had 20 tackles and 3 tackles for loss. Played 3 yrs semi-pro with KY/OH Xtreme (2007-2009) was 3rd team DB / 1st team KR All-League (MCFL) 2008, 2nd team DB / 2nd team KR All-League (USFA), 2nd team All-American PR (National Football Events) and Honorable Mention All-American (SemiProBCS) in 2009.

Stover was a named a Second Team Great Lakes Football Conference receiver in 2006, also being named Honorable Mention All-Independent team by D2football.com. That season included a three-touchdown effort against St. Joseph’s College that included five catches for 140 yards and a two-touchdown effort against Virginia Union. In 2008, Stover caught touchdowns against West Virginia State and Alabama A & M, and his 35-yard catch in the final minute against Missouri S & T set up the Maurauders last-second win.

Kevin West Kevin West, OL
Central State 6’1” 285lb
West played Colerain’s football team that went 11-1 in 1999, then played three years at Central State, starting his junior and senior years as a guard. He is currently is the offensive line coach for Wright State’s club football team and is working on his Masters degree in psychology from the University of Phoenix after earning a bachelor’s degree in Communication, Radio & Television from Central State.
Will White Will White, LB
Thomas More College 5’10” 205lb
White was a 2001 Queen City Conference All-Star and Hughes’ Defensive MVP. At Hughes, White was also named the school’s most outstanding wrestler. In two seasons at Thomas More College, he recorded 15 tackles and a sack. He played for the Kings Comets in 2005, recording 24 tackles, four for a loss. He also played for the Southern Ohio Patriots in 2006 and Cincinnati Falcons in 2007.
Cam Wrencher Cam’ron Wrencher, DL (IR)
Central State 6’5” 320lb
Played high school football at Princeton and collegiately at Central State (2005-2008). Honorable Mention All-League (MCFL) for the Kings Comets (semi-pro) in 2009, recording 27 tackles, nine for a loss.
